To hide foliage in Total War: Warhammer, go to the graphics settings and set the 'Vegetation Alpha' to 'low'. This will reduce the amount of foliage and make units easier to see. Enjoy a clearer battlefield!

From my experience, tweaking the graphics settings usually does the trick. Go to 'Vegetation Alpha', set it to 'low', and you should see a significant reduction in foliage. It helps a lot with unit visibility during battles.
