I used this trick to hide some... let's say, less-than-proud purchases from my Steam library so my friends wouldn't roast me. It works like a charm! Just right-click, and you'll see the 'hide this game' option under 'Manage'. Easy peasy.

Hiding games in Steam is pretty straightforward. Just right-click the game in your library you want to hide, and select 'Manage' > 'Hide this game'. Voila! It's like it was never there. Well, until you want to unhide it, of course.
