I found it really simple: Go into Settings, then Privacy, then Posts. Toggle the 'Hide Like and View Counts' option and you're done!

Super easy! Just go to your profile, hit the three-line menu, select Settings > Privacy > Posts, and turn off 'Hide Like and View Counts'!
