Easy peasy! Just go to the Options menu, under the HUD tab, there's a setting called 'HUD Visibility.' Turn that off, and voila, no more HUD!

Open your Options menu and look for the 'HUD Visibility' toggle under the HUD tab. Switch it off to hide the HUD.
