I've done this a bunch of times. Go to the post, hit the three dots, click 'Edit Privacy,' and then 'Friends except...' Pick the person and boom, they can't see it!
You can also create a custom friends list and exclude them from seeing your posts.
Actually, you might just wanna unfriend them. Problem solved!
Just use the 'Friends except...' option in privacy settings when you post. Life's too short for drama!
