In story settings, there's an option called 'Hide Story From.' Use that to select who can't see your stories. Simple as pie!
Honestly, I just make a Close Friends list and post my stories there. Only they get to see my shenanigans!
Just block 'em! Ok, maybe not permanently. But go to your story settings and tweak who can see what. Done and done.
