Head to your profile, tap on the three dots, navigate to 'Story Settings,' and you'll find the 'Hide Story From' option. Then just pick who you want to hide it from!
I had to hide my story from my boss once! Just go to 'Settings,' find 'Stories,' and hit 'Hide Story From.' Works like a charm!
