How to hide tagged photos on Instagram
Go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top-right, select 'Settings,' then 'Privacy,' and finally 'Tags.' You can choose to manually approve tags or hide specific tagged photos from your profile!

Just go to the tagged photo, tap on your username, and select 'Hide from My Profile.' Boom, gone from the profile view!
You can also adjust your settings to manually approve tagged photos before they show up on your profile. Go to Settings > Privacy > Tags.
Easy peasy – just tap on the photo you're tagged in, tap your username, and then 'Hide from My Profile.'
