First, disable the shield generators on the crewship by using your Archwing or Railjack’s forward artillery. Then, board the crewship after it's vulnerable! Clear out all the enemies inside, and head to the cockpit. From there, you can take control of the crewship!

Quick tip: disable the engines with your Railjack's ordnance before you board. Makes it easier to hijack with fewer enemies swarming you! Trust me, you'll thank me later!
