There's no official nanny feature, but you can make one of your adult Sims a stay-at-home caregiver. Just give them a killer apron and call it a day!

You can't directly hire a nanny in The Sims FreePlay, but you can create an adult Sim and assign them to take care of the kids. A little DIY nannying, DIYanny if you will!
