Easy peasy! Just connect an HDMI cable from the PS4’s HDMI Out port to your monitor’s HDMI In port. If your monitor has speakers, you're good to go!

Pro tip: If your monitor only has a DVI port, use an HDMI to DVI adapter. Works like a charm, but remember, DVI doesn't carry audio!
