How to Hook Up a Xbox Controller to a PC
LettingTail路5 months agoSuper simple! You can connect an Xbox controller to a PC using a USB cable, Bluetooth, or with the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. For USB, just plug in and play. For Bluetooth, hold the sync button on the controller until the logo blinks, then find the controller in your PC's Bluetooth settings. Easy peasy!

I always use the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows. It's a little dongle you plug into your USB port, and it connects up to 8 controllers. Just press the sync button on both the adapter and the controller. BAM! You're good to go!
You won't believe how easy it is to hook up an Xbox controller to a PC with a USB cable. Just plug it in and it works instantly. If that's too much, just use Bluetooth or the wireless adapter instead.
Honestly, just grab a micro-USB cable, plug one end into the controller and the other into your PC. Done. Why complicate it with Bluetooth?
