How to Host a Terraria Server on Mobile
Honestly, just use a PC to host a Terraria server. It's way less hassle and can handle more players without crashing. Mobile's fine for simple play, but if you're looking at anything serious or with more than a couple of friends, switch to PC.

Hosting a Terraria server on mobile is pretty straightforward! First, ensure everyone's on the same Wi-Fi network. Then, one of you should open Terraria, select 'Multiplayer', then 'Host & Play'. Choose your character, the world you wanna play in, and set up a server password if you'd like. After that, your friends can join by selecting 'Multiplayer' > 'Join via IP' and entering the host device's IP address. Remember, hosting can eat up your battery, so keep your charger handy!
I hosted a server on my tablet once. It worked okay for like 3 of us playing together. Just make sure you don't lock your screen or exit the game, or you'll kick everyone out. Not the best way to play, but it's an option if you got nothing else.
