Hosting a Terraria server on Steam is pretty simple! Just launch Terraria, select 'Multiplayer' > 'Host & Play'. Choose a character, a world, and set a server password if you want. Then, your Steam friends can join you through Steam's 'Join Via Steam' feature. Make sure your game isn't set to friends-only if you want others to join!
