Use a Gas Can to splash fuel and then shoot it to set structures on fire. Boom, instant bonfire!

Easiest way? Just throw Firefly Jars at wooden structures and enjoy the fireworks.

I prefer the Dragon's Breath Shotgun. One shot, and structures ignite. Simple and efficient.
