To import a player in MLB The Show 21, go to the Roster Control in the main menu, select Player Movement, and then you can import a player from a saved roster.

You don't really 'import' players like other games. Just download a custom roster with your player created and load it up!

Go to Franchise mode, start a new Franchise, then select 'Load Saved Franchise Roster,' and you'll be able to import your player.
