Try reducing the resolution scale. You can keep the resolution at 1080p but set the scale to 80% or lower for a good mix of performance and visuals.
Lower the shadow quality and turn off anti-aliasing. You鈥檒l get a significant FPS boost without sacrificing too much visual splendour. I also noticed that reducing unit size helps a lot during big battles.
Honestly, just turning off the 'Unlimited Video Memory' option can stop a lot of stuttering and improve your overall experience.
