Use an iframe! Go to the song on Spotify, click 'Share' > 'Copy Embed Code', then paste it into Obsidian's markdown with some tweaks.
I put the song URL inside Obsidian and it opens in my Spotify app when I click it. Not super elegant, but it works!
I usually just paste the link directly into the note. Works like a charm and keeps things simple!
