Easy peasy! To get more accessory slots in Terraria, just defeat the Wall of Flesh to unlock Hardmode. This epic boss drops the Demon Heart, an item used to permanently increase your accessory slots by one. But remember, it's a one-time use per character and only works in expert mode worlds!
You can only up your accessory slots in Expert or Master mode by defeating the Wall of Flesh. The Demon Heart it drops lets you add one more slot, but that's all you get. So, choose what to equip wisely!
