Desecrate more effectively by equipping mods like Despoil to convert health into energy or Equilibrium to balance both health and energy pickups.
Augment your Nekros with both Range and Efficiency mods to help cover more bodies and get more drops. Stick close to the action for best results.
Honestly, just spam Desecrate and collect all the loot. Works wonders!
