Upping your lockpick game in Fallout 4 is all about those Perks! Make sure to level up your Perception stat, because you need at least level 4 to start unlocking (pun intended) the Locksmith perk. Each rank of the Locksmith perk lets you crack more complex locks, with the final rank letting you break into Master locks without breaking a sweat. Just keep in mind, you gotta level up to grab these perks, so get out there and explore, fight, and quest your way to higher levels!

Pro tip: Don't sleep on the Bobbleheads and magazines. There's a Lock Picking Bobblehead out there that makes lock picking easier. Magazines like 'Tumblers Today' can give you a temporary edge too. So, while you're pumping points into Perception and grabbing those Locksmith perks, keep an eye out for these little treasures. Happy hunting!

Just get the Locksmith perk, lol. Level up, grab it, and you're golden.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
