Download speeds might just be slow because it's peak time. Try downloading your games during off-peak hours, like early in the morning or late at night.
If you're using Wi-Fi, make sure your PS5 is close to the router and there are minimal obstructions in between.
Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection and choose a different DNS server like Google's (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare's (1.1.1.1). It can sometimes speed things up!
