Just slap on the sigil for the faction you want to earn reputation with, and then grind missions. Simple but effective!

Pro tip: Concentrate on the syndicate-specific missions that pop up in your navigation. They give the most bang for your buck in terms of rep points.

To increase rep with an opposing faction in Warframe, you need to equip their sigil on your Warframe and then complete missions. It's a bit of a balancing act, though, since gaining rep with one faction might decrease it with another!

You can also farm medallions in syndicate missions, which can be turned in for additional rep. Be on the lookout as these little tokens are often hidden in the map!

It's annoying, but you have to wear their sigil while doing missions. No other way around it!
