Go to the XComGameData.ini file in your game directory, find the lines that set SquadSizeMax and increase the number to your preference. Save, and you're good to go!

Just unlock the Gorilla Tactics School upgrades. They let you add more soldiers to your squad without messing with game files.

There's also a mod called 'Grimy's Loot Mod' that includes an option for increasing squad size. Super handy if you're not keen on editing .ini files yourself!

I've done it myself! Change the values in the XComGameData.ini file—a little trial and error, but totally worth it for a bigger squad!
