You can't increase the stars of a Pokémon, buddy! Those stars are an indicator of the Pokémon's IV (Individual Values) which are set when you catch them. Better hunt for high IV Pokémon!

The stars on a Pokémon are just a visual representation of its IVs, and you can't change them. Just catch more Pokémon and hope for better luck!
Stars in Pokémon GO represent a Pokémon's IVs. You can't increase them, but you can catch more Pokémon to find ones with better stars!
I wish there was a way to boost those stars, but alas, they are fixed! Keep catching and checking for those high IV ones! Good luck!
