In my experience, running missions on Sanctuary Onslaught with a Focus Lens-equipped weapon is a solid method. The Affinity gains are great!

Hey Tenno! Slap some Focus Lenses on your gear and get into high-level missions to maximize your Affinity gains. Eidolon hunts are a fantastic way!
Focus is earned by converting excess Affinity into Focus points using Focus Lenses on your Warframes and weapons. Equip lenses and start farming!
Just put a Focus Lens on your stuff, do missions, profit. Simple as that.
Use Affinity boosters for quicker Focus gains. They stack with lenses and are especially useful during double Affinity weekends!
