Initializing Vanguard for Valorant is pretty straightforward! First, make sure you've got Valorant installed on your PC. Vanguard should automatically get installed along with Valorant. Just reboot your computer lol. Works every time.
Had a similar issue and none of the usual fixes worked. Ended up having to completely uninstall both Valorant and Vanguard, then did a fresh install of Valorant. That forced Vanguard to initialize properly. Bit of a hassle but it solved the problem.
