Pop in the disc, make sure you're connected to Xbox Live (for any updates), and follow the on-screen instructions. You're all set!

I've done this countless times - just insert the game disc into the Xbox One, and the system should automatically start the installation process. If it doesn't, go to 'My games & apps' and find the game there to start the installation manually.
