Bought the DLC? Just reboot Steam and watch the magic happen! No download? Head to your Library, right-click Total War: Warhammer, click 'Properties,' then 'DLC,' and make sure your shiny new DLC is checked.
First, make sure you've purchased the DLC from the Steam store. Then, restart Steam and it should start downloading automatically. If not, go to your Library, find Total War: Warhammer, right-click, select 'Properties,' then 'DLC,' and make sure the box next to your new content is checked.
I've installed a bunch of Warhammer DLCs: buy them on Steam, restart the client, and you're good to go! If it doesn't download, go to 'Properties' in the Library menu and check the 'DLC' box.
