First, download the DLC to your computer. Use a program like Horizon to transfer it to a USB stick, then plug that into your Xbox 360. Move the DLC from the USB to your hard drive via the dashboard. Enjoy!

You can load the DLC via an FTP server! Connect your Xbox 360 to the network, transfer the DLC files directly to the 'Content' folder. Easy peasy.
