Short answer: Can't directly install Escape from Tarkov on Steam Deck cuz it's not on Steam. Gotta use the Battlestate Games Launcher in Desktop Mode, then add it to Steam as a non-Steam game.
Honestly, it's a hassle. Just play something that's actually on Steam. The Deck's meant for that.
