First, make sure you have a game backup in ISO format. Next, use software like ISO2GOD or Xbox Image Browser to convert it to a playable format. Transfer the game files to your Xbox 360's internal or external hard drive using a USB drive or FTP client. Navigate to the game directory on your Xbox's dashboard and launch it!

I always use Freestyle Dash (FSD). Copy your game files to an external drive, connect to your Xbox, and use FSD to find and launch your games. Simple!
