Been there, done that! Used Proton to get my GOG Witcher 3 running on the Deck. A bit of a setup, but totally worth it for the portability!

First up, you gotta make sure your Steam Deck is in Desktop Mode. Once you're there, head over to the Discover Software Center and download a Windows compatibility layer like Proton or Wine. After that, snag the GOG Galaxy installer from the GOG website and run it using the compatibility layer you chose. Install your GOG game through Galaxy, and boom, you should be set to play!

Honestly, it's simpler to just stick to Steam games on the Steam Deck. Mixing platforms can get messy and might not be worth the hassle.
