First, grab your PKG file and slap it onto a USB drive formatted to FAT32. Pop that USB into your PS3, launch MultiMan, and head over to the file manager. Now go to 'dev_hdd0/packages' directory and copy the file there. Just hit the XMB and go to 'Install Package Files'—voilà, you're done!
