Just get a jailbroken PS3, transfer ISOs via FTP or USB to /dev_hdd0/PS3ISO/, and use a game manager app. Easy peasy!

First, make sure your PS3 is jailbroken. Then, use multiMAN to manage your files. Place your ISO files in the PS3ISO folder on the internal HDD. Voilá, you're good to go!
