It's a bit tricky, but you can try using UWP hook. Just place the ReShade files in the game's directory, but it might still fail.

Quick answer: you can't. Game Pass games have protections that prevent third-party mods like ReShade.

You can't directly install ReShade with Xbox Game Pass games due to the platform's restrictions. For now, modding is pretty limited on Game Pass.
