You can grab Seven Kingdoms Total War from ModDB too. Download the mod from there, unzip it, and place it in your Attila mod folder. Launch the game and activate the mod in the Mod Manager.

First, make sure you have Total War: Attila installed on your PC. Then, head over to the Steam Workshop, search for 'Seven Kingdoms: Total War', and subscribe to the mod. It will download and install automatically when you launch the game!
