First, open the PlayStation Store on your PS4. Navigate to 'Add-Ons', find Street Fighter V, and then choose the Season Pass to install it. Restart the game, and you'll see your new content!

I did this last weekend! Just went to PlayStation Store, selected the Season Pass in the Add-Ons for Street Fighter V, downloaded it, and then started up the game. Worked like a charm!
