Download the Skidrow version, run the installer, and copy over the crack files from the Skidrow folder into the game install directory. Good to go!

First, make sure you have the Skidrow release of Street Fighter x Tekken. Extract the files, run the setup, and follow the on-screen instructions. Don't forget to copy the crack files into the game directory!
