You're gonna need an emulator like Mupen64Plus, and a ROM file for Super Mario 64. Open the emulator, load the ROM, and start playing.
I use Mupen64Plus FZ as my emulator. Once I got the emulator, I found a ROM of Super Mario 64 from a ROM site. Loaded the ROM and voila! Running and jumping as Mario on my Android!
Honestly, just buy a Nintendo console. It's way easier, plus you get the full Super Mario experience without any potential legal issues.
