Right-click War Thunder in your Steam Library, select 'Properties,' and go to the 'Local Files' tab. Click 'Browse.' Inside the game folder, find the 'CDK' subfolder and run the CDK installer inside. You're good to go!

Just did this yesterday! Right-click War Thunder in Steam, go to 'Properties,' then 'Local Files,' and 'Browse.' Open up the 'CDK' folder and run the setup. Worked perfectly for me!
