Lol, just go desktop mode and slap Battle.net on it using Proton. Then, it's WoW time, baby! Might need to fiddle with Proton settings to get it smooth though. Good luck!

First off, you gotta use the Desktop Mode on your Steam Deck. Then, you'll wanna install Windows or just head straight to installing the Battle.net launcher through Proton (a compatibility layer for running Windows apps on Linux). After that, simply download and install WoW like you would on a regular PC. Remember, WoW ain't officially supported on SteamOS, so a little patience might be needed to tweak settings for optimal performance.

Honestly, just dual-boot Windows if you can. Makes life easier for WoW and anything else not officially on Steam.

I've been running WoW on my Steam Deck for months. Proton's the way to go. A bit of tweaking here and there, but it runs surprisingly well, even on raids!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
