Just go to the “My Games & Apps” section on your Xbox One, find the game you want, and look for the downloadable content (DLC) associated with it. If the DLC is compatible, you should be able to download and install it directly from there!

Honestly, this shouldn’t be too hard. Just find the game in 'My Games & Apps' and the DLC should be there under 'Ready to Install'. If not, make sure the game is backward compatible!
