Open the main menu, go to 'Team,' and select 'Invite Friends.' Make sure you're all on the same server!
Honestly, just send them an invite directly through your console's friend system. Done and dusted.
Go to the Online Lobby, press the right button to open the player list, and invite your friends from there. Time to show them who's the real Saiyan!
