Click on the 'Friends' tab, enter their email or username, and click 'Send Invite.' Boom! You're now Tetris buddies!

Took me a moment to figure out, but go to the 'Friends' section, enter their info, and hit 'Invite.' Easy peasy, right?

You can't anymore. Tetris Friends shut down in 2019. RIP.
