Just hit 'Invite Friends' from the in-game pause menu if you're on Steam. No sweat.

Honestly, unless you're super into tech, just stick with inviting friends through Steam. Setting up a dedicated server can be a headache you don't need.

Inviting friends to your Terraria server is all about that multiplayer magic! First up, you gotta decide if you're going the Steam route or hosting your own server. If it's Steam, launch the game, open your world, hit 'Escape' to bring up the main menu, and click 'Invite Friends.' Your Steam friends list pops up, and you can choose who to invite. For a dedicated server, share your server's IP address and port number with your friends. They'll need to open Terraria, select 'Multiplayer,' 'Join via IP,' and then enter the info you gave them. Boom, welcome to your Terraria party!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
