Pro tip: Add friends by visiting their Steam profile directly and clicking 'Add as Friend.' Works like a charm if you know their username.

Simpler than making instant noodles! Go to 'Add a Friend' under the 'Friends' menu, slap in their friend code, hit send, and boom – friendship pending.

Inviting friends on Steam is super easy! Just click on your username in the upper right corner of the Steam client or website, then go to 'Friends' and select 'Add a Friend.' Here, you can either send them your unique friend code, or you can enter their friend code. If you both have your profiles set to public, you can also search by their Steam username. Once you've sent the invite, they just need to accept, and you're all set to game together!

Honestly, just search them up by their username if their profile is public. Easy peasy.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
