You can invite players that aren't your friends by entering their player ID in the 'Add Friend' search bar and sending them a request. Once they accept, you can invite them to your team!

Hop into the global chat and look for players who are asking for team invites. You can send them a team invite directly from the chat interface. Just be polite!

Just use the 'team code' feature. Create a team, generate the team code, and share it with players. They can join your team by entering that code!
