In BitLife, to join a cult, you usually need high levels of spirituality or can randomly encounter a cult invitation through the Activities tab. Just keep your spirituality high, and you might get an invite!

From my experience, raising your character's spirituality makes it more likely you'll get cult invites. Meditate and do spiritual stuff!
