Unfortunately, you can't join a GTA RP server on Xbox like you can on PC. Rockstar hasn't added that feature to the console versions.

Sad but true: GTA RP is mainly for PC players. On Xbox, you鈥檒l have to stick to regular GTA Online.

You can't, but there are always regular GTA Online sessions! Just hit up the game's multiplayer and dive into the chaos!
